Plan Administrator

As the plan administrator of your company’s employee benefits plan, online access provided by your insurer allows you to:

  • Make administrative changes such as adding and deleting employees, updating employee incomes or dependent information, etc. in a secure, real-time environment.
  • Receive your monthly billing statement online.

If you are already enrolled for online plan administration, simply click on the insurer that your coverage is through and you will be taken right to your log on page.

If you have not yet enrolled for online plan administration, please contact us and we will provide you with the application documents.

Plan Members

As a member of your company’s group insurance plan, you can have online access to your specific information, 24/7!  Once enrolled, you will have access to*:

  • Your coverage amounts in each line of benefit
  • Claim forms
  • Employee booklet
  • Updates on where you are in relation to annual or frequency maximums (Visioncare, Dentalcare, Chiropractor, etc.)
  • Provide banking information to have your claims deposited into your bank account
  • Submit your claims online
  • Health and Wellness information from a trusted source
