Specialization is the key!
We have been working with Bryce since 2009. Before we began working with Bryce we had an advisor who did not specialize in employee benefits and we had a benefits plan that had been with the same insurer for several years.
The results of Bryce’s review showed two key results. First, our existing insurer was providing significantly less coverage on a guaranteed basis than what other carriers in the marketplace were offering us. From a due diligence point of view, this was an important finding. In addition, the quotes from the other insurers provided significant savings on our Life insurance, Short-term Disability and Long-term Disability rates… all of which are still lower today almost 10 years later!
Finally, Bryce continually discusses emerging trends and new ideas in employee benefits field with us. We recently implemented an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) and Bryce held employee information sessions at both of our locations to explain this enhancement to their benefits package.
