Bryce Parisotto, CFP
Bryce Parisotto, CFP, is an Employee Benefits specialist and owner of Benefits Consulting Plus Inc. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa in 1997 before becoming an Employee Benefits sales manager at London Life and later, Great-West Life. In 2009 Bryce found his true calling when he left to pursue self-employment as a financial advisor specializing in benefits solutions. He earned the Certified Financial Planner designation and in 2010 he founded Benefits Consulting Plus. Two years later in 2012 Bryce was the recipient of the Kingston Chamber of Commerce “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award.
As a financial advisor Bryce examines the marketplace to provide clients with access to Employee Benefits solutions that meet their unique needs, objectives, and budget. Bryce resides in Kingston, Ontario with his wife Shannon, and their two children. As an active member of the community he has volunteered on the boards for Chilifest, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Community Foundation for Kingston and Area.
Bryce regularly enjoys working out at the Invista Centre and Energetics. During the summer months you will find him on the diamond coaching his childrens baseball teams, enjoying the occasional round golf or manicuring the garden outside their home. During the winter months Bryce plays hockey, and enjoys downhill skiing.

Ryan Kennedy B.Sc.
Ryan Kennedy B.Sc., is the Client Services Manager at Benefits Consulting Plus. As a Client Service Manager, Ryan works directly with clients by providing support and guidance on administrative and claims inquiries. Ryan also assists with employee deduction calculations and the creation of mid-year
claims experience reports.
Ryan attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania on a golf scholarship and played on the IUP Golf team for four years. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree and was honoured by being named a Golf Coaches Association of America All-America scholar. Ryan went on to enjoy a six-year
professional golf career before transitioning to a new chapter with Benefits By Design. With BBD Ryan was passionate about supporting his clients and gained a strong understanding of the coverages offered by all of the major benefits carriers. He brings these two and a half years of valuable industry
experience to his role with Benefits Consulting Plus.
Ryan resides in his hometown of Kingston, Ontario with his wife Savannah. He is a passionate participant of Motionball Kingston, a not for profit that raises funds and awareness for Special Olympics.
Ryan is a huge sports fan, avid golfer, he enjoys playing hockey and has recently taken up wood working.
